My day job is as a bookseller but I'm also a filmmaker and writer. I've written, produced and directed an unreleased feature film and have dozens of articles and reviews about film on the internet. The film festival which I helped found and direct for five years has, after a five year hiatus, morphed into the Lone Star International Film Festival. I collect books on the entertainment industry and soundtrack albums. I guess you could say I like movies a lot!

Here's an evolving wish list of movies I'd like to have on DVD. In general, I like odd and/or obscure films. I'd like them in widescreen if that's how they were shot and with subtitles (or dubbed) if originally in a foreign language. But that's not set in stone. Maybe we can work a trade:
